Aronia Jello Salad

ingredients

2 packages of Jello (1 raspberry, 1 black cherry)

2 cups water (1 cup boiling water, 1 cup cold)

2 small apples diced, or to taste

1 small can crushed pineapple in it’s own juice

2 cups frozen, chopped Aronia berries *

directions

Dissolve jello packets in bowl with hot water and stir till dissolved. Add the cup of cold water.

Add your chopped apples, pineapple with the juice, and the chopped frozen Aronia berries. Mix well.

Chill until set. *I chop my frozen berries just for a few seconds in my blender.

This recipe can be adjusted for more servings. Use 3 packages Jello, 3 cups water, and one large can of crushed pineapple.
